SODUS: Karen Gloria Harper passed away Friday, May 27, 2016 after a long battle with cancer at the age of 77. She is predeceased by her husband, James and sister, Onalee Martens. She is survived by her five daughters, Cheryl Mullan, Charlene (Doug) DeFisher, Wendy (Kevin) Schneider, Andrea (Larry) Valley and Renee (Dirk) Schneider; fiancé, Larry Barlow; eight grandchildren, Miranda (Jason) Foss, James (Ashley) Valley, Jenna (Lance) Hall, Elaina (Yery) O’Dell, Erica (Mark) Clement, Mandy (Mike) Goolden, Matthew Schneider and Harper Schneider; five great grandchildren, Kristopher, Emily, Hayleigh, Phebe and Lexington; sister-in-law Margaret Cline; several nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call on Friday, June 3rd from 6pm to 8pm at Norton Funeral Home, 45 W. Main St., in Sodus. Please join us for a celebration of her life on Saturday, June 4th, 2016 at 12NOON at First Presbyterian Church in Sodus. Burial will be private to family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lipson Cancer Center, Linden Oaks Medical Campus, 20 Hagen Dr., Suite 100, Rochester NY 14625.
