WOLCOTT, NEW YORK
Bill Blaisdell, 92, of Wolcott, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2016. He worked at E & V for 45 years and Marshall Farms for 20 years. He was an avid trapper, bowler and runner. He ran across America in 1982 as part of a relay team from the Rochester Running Club. He served in the Navy during WWII and he was a member of the VFW and the American Legion of Wolcott. He is predeceased by his wife Charleen and his son Terry. He is survived by his daughter, Cherie (Bill) Henninge of Wolcott and grandchildren, Kurt Henninge of Wolcott and Tamara Booth of Ontario, several great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, a niece and a nephew. No calling hours will be observed. Burial will be held at the Huron Evergreen Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wolcott Free Library or Lake Shore Volunteer Ambulance.
