Lyons: Died Friday December 3, 2010 at home surrounded by his family. Born in Sodus, NY, he was the son of Raymond and Wyona Johnson Vroman. He is survived by his children Larry Lee Babb of Sodus, Penny Wyona (Babb) Carey of PA, Leon Babb of Webster, Ronnie William Babb of Syracuse, Connie Mae (Shoemaker) Goodell of Lyons, Robert Franklin Shoemaker of Clyde, Debora Colleen (Shoemaker) Kuhn of MO, Terry Lee Shoemaker of OK; sister Nancy Vroman, brother Ronnie Lee Vrooman; grandchildren Tiffany Babb, Freddy Babb, Syndie Babb, Paula Balliet, Ronnie Babb, Jennifer Cooley, Jessica Ellsworth, Kathleen Kelley, Kristen Shoemaker, Thomas Shoemaker, Debra Shoemaker, Albert Balliet, Christopher Shoemaker, Adam Kuhn, Jason Kuhn, Rebekka; many great grandchildren; his cats Taffy, Socks and Sheiba. Larry was predeceased by his wife Elene Pearlene Kiesinger Shoemaker Vrooman, mother Wyona Ward; daughter Cindy Marie Babb.
Visitation with funeral immediately following, Monday (Dec 13) 12 – 2 p.m. at the NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 45 West Main Street in Sodus. Interment at family’s convenience will be at the Marion Cemetery. Donations in Larry’s memory may be directed to the American Red Cross.
