Obituary of Myrna A. LaCombe

Wolcott: Myrna Phelps LaCombe, age 85 was called to eternal rest on Friday, February 19, 2010. She is survived by daughters Connie (Kenneth) Mettler of Wolcott, Cathy (Ralph) Mann of South Butler; sons Rodney (Edie) Wells of Spokane, WA, and Carmi (Sandra) Wells of Whitehall, MT; 19 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren. Myrna was born in Moira, NY. (Franklin County). She attended the Faith United Methodist Church, was an avid card player, enjoyed genealogy, and loved to dance. She is predeceased by her parents Leon and Orda Clary Phelps; 4 brothers; 1 sister; husbands Emery Wells and Robert LaCombe; and son Reginald Wells. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday (February 21st) from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the COLVIN-ROBERTSON-NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 5925 New Hartford Street in Wolcott. Myrna’s funeral will be held Monday at 11 a.m. from the Faith United Methodist Church, 12223 Oswego Street, Wolcott. Interment will be at the Huron Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider a donation to Lifetime Care, 1120 South Main Street, Newark, NY 14513 in her memory.
