Kathy and boys - I am so sorry to read about Todd's death. He was such a wonderful, caring, loving guy who truly loved his family and always spoke about you and the boys. I remember when he left the police force and family was his mainstay for finding the right job! I will remember you and your family in my prayers - Jeni (from Wayne County Personnel)

To the Rowley family,
The time we knew your father was short, but in that little time we were happy to call him friend. The times at the track and the yard runs stand out in our memories. But the one thing I will remember the most is his calling of the Christmas race a couple years ago. He completely adlibed it an it was hard to drive an listen to him and laugh at the same time. He really made that Christmas memorable to both Barb and I.

dear kathy....debi and i are very sorry for your loss. todd took me under his wings the first day i started at lyons pd and i will always be grateful. the last couple of days alot of memories came flooding back to me. the time i won that ugly raindeer at the village xmas party and todd and i passed that back and forth about 100 times...and the first complaint i went on with todd at lpd was a bat complaint...todd asked the homeowner for a broom to kill the bat but before she could get back with it i had sprayed the bat with my mace and the whole house had to be evacuated...todd did not get mad at me but he did say: next time let me handle it:.. i could write a book about todds time at lyons pd. i will miss him alot and i wouldnt be where i am if it hadnt been for your husband. love scott and debi

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Kathy and her entire family.
Pete and I got to know Todd and he had such a passion for life. That is what makes his passing so hard to hear.
I am so glad he got to be around for his son Mike's wedding to Erin and the birth of his grandson, Landon.
