TO ELSIE'S FAMILY; I remember as a little girl going to the family picnics. My father was PATRICK R. BAXTER, his father was CLARENCE AND LILLIAN BAXTER. Iknow my mom kept in touch for many years. In their memory I give my sincere condolences. LOVE A COUSIN PATTY

Norma & Family, I was saddened to hear of Elsie's passing, but she is with her Lord now and she is at Peace! I pray the good Lord holds you close during this difficult time. Know I am holding you all close in my heart, thoughts and prayers. I remember Elsie coming by Gram and Gramp's house many years ago when I was there visiting. Great lady!
