Our deepest sympathy to Paul's (Doc)family. He gave my dad, Walt Purdy, many rides to the breakfasts at the airport. We always enjoyed the chats and emails with Paul.
He's a member of a very elite and special group of veterans who will be dearly missed.

Dear Sally,
Sadden to hear about your dad's passing. I so enjoyed talking with him on his "dental" visits to Dr. Bergers. What a wonderful man so full of life and always ready with a "flying" story.
Blessings to you and your family.

Would just like to say I always looked up to Grandpa and he was always one to give me praise no matter what. He listened to my hunting and fishing stories and was as excited as I was about them. I appreciated hearing his WWII stories and I was very proud of him for what he accomplished. I feel like I want the whole nation to hear what my Grandpa did for his country and his family. That's how special and unique of a person he was.

I began going to the Geriatric Pilots Association Meetings six years ago and one of the Pilots I met was Paul. I was impressed not just by his Service to his Country as a Combat Pilot but by his affability; his just plain good humor. He made all of us a little Happier and He will be missed. Jon
