Obituary of Myrald M. Todd

Wolcott: Passed away on Monday, November 10th at age 86. Myrald is survived by his children Sheryl (Ty) Colasurdo, Terri, Mark, and Troy; step-children Marcia (Steve) Brundidge, Arthur (Linda) Ellsworth, and Tod Ellsworth; many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brother-in-law Bob Dorman. Myrald is the son of the late Edward Todd and Caroline (Todd) Boss; he was also predeceased by sisters Vivian Dorman, and Geraldine Lewis. Myrald is a military retiree, having served in the Navy (45-49), Air Force (50-53), and Army (55-68). At the time of his retirement he was a Master Sergeant. His military awards include the Navy Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, World War II Navy Occupation Medal, Korean Service Medal, Air Medal, Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation Medal, UN Service Medal He then spent many years and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Myrald was a lifetime member of the American Legion, V.F.W., and was a member of North Rose-Wolcott Lodge 1187 F. & A.M. Visitation will be Saturday, November 15th, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford Street in Wolcott, where his funeral service will be held immediately following. Interment with Military Honors will be at the Huron Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the Huron Presbyterian Church, or to the Wolcott V.F.W.
