Obituary of Giuseppe Bellone

Wolcott: Giuseppe Bellone, age 75 of Wolcott passed away at home on Wednesday October 22nd with his loving family at his side. Born in Italy, he immigrated to the United States where he resided in the New York City area for many years before moving his family to Wolcott in the early 90’s. He is survived by his loving wife Maria Gambino Bellone; sons Joe (Suzie) Bellone and Sal (Sandy) Bellone; grandchildren Joey, Rosie, and Sal; brothers and sisters in-law Frank and Santa, and Angelo and Stefania; several nephews and nieces. Giuseppe was employed for many years with Local 6A, Laborers International Union of North America, Cement and Concrete Workers of New York City. He worked on the original construction of the Twin Towers at the World Trade Center in New York City. Visitation will be Thursday October 23rd from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford Street in Wolcott. Friday morning at 10 a.m. there will be a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Wolcott. Interment will be at the Huron Evergreen Cemetery.
