All my life I kept wishing to grow older so I could finally move out and do my own thing. But now I wish I could just turn back time to be a child and hug my mom again. I miss you.

My sincerest condolences to all who will miss Linda. Before I retired from Sodus, I would see Linda everyday. She always did a great job and I enjoyed our conversations about a variety of things. She brought me treats on special occasions and we shared stories of our life and family. It was always good to catch up with her when I would return to school to sub. I will miss her and her smiling face!

Was so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. She and my mother, JoAnn (Brown) Lewis were best friends throughout their high school years as well as their adult lives. My mother always kept in touch with Linda regularly via telephone, by letter or just dropping in and spending a few days over. My mother always said that "it was just like we were kids again having a pajama party!" I had opportunity to visit with Linda at my mother's Celebration (Memorial) Service in November 2009. She will be sorely missed.

To all of Linda's family, my deepest condolences. She talked about her family all the time, and shared all the latest pictures of Ava and Maddox frequently. She loved going to PA to see Neva and her family and spoke often of her sister Patsy that she missed.
I can't believe my friend Linda is gone... She would do anything for anybody. She gave me coffee almost everyday at school, which I think she made for everyone else and didn't even drink herself. She brought her own coffee from home. Linda and I were becoming closer and closer as we made our plans for retirement and discovered more and more things we had in common. We were going to take a quilting class this fall. I'm really going to miss her, and I can't tell you how sad I am that she is gone. I feel her retirement should have been much longer than just 2-3 months!
