Newark/Okeechobee,FL: Age 53. Beloved husband, father and brother died May 27, 2014. He was born November 16, 1960 in Lyons, NY to Peter and Beatrice DeCann. A resident of Okeechobee, FL for two years, he enjoyed woodworking and was a member of Fountain of Life Church.
Mr. DeCann is survived by his wife of two years, Renee DeCann of Okeechobee, FL, stepsons Brett Carnell (Kristina) of Sodus, Brandon Carnell (Veronica), stepdaughter Amanda Crocker (Jimbob Gray) all of Red Creek NY, thirteen grandchildren, brother Cliff DeCann (Kathie), sister Charlene Augustine all of Lyons, NY, sister-in-law Robin Philbee (Eric) of Wolcott, NY as well as many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Sat. June 21 from 12-2 pm at Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford Street, Wolcott with service immediately following. Internment will be at Springbrook Cemetery, Fairhaven, NY.
