We fondly called Ellis the "Apple Man". I visited him regularly at the farmers market and when my daughter came with me, he would shine an apple for her on his shirt. He always kind and hands down had the best apples! After Faye's sickness and he stopped coming to the market, he still sent us a Christmas card. Ellis will remain in our hearts.
