Al,
I extend my sincerest condolences to you and the rest of your family for the devastating loss of your daughter Tammy. I have many fond memories of Tammy from my tenure as a Sodus Police Officer for 17 and a half years. Tammy assisted me by directing traffic at numerous MVA's and always did so Professionally and efficiently. I always enjoyed stopping by the Firehouse and chatting with Tammy when I was on Patrol. Tammy will sorely be missed by all whom had come in contact with her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Walt Simoni

What an incredible, giving person. I did not know Tammy but she touched my life like she did to so many others. My granddaughter mentioned that Tammy responded to my home when my husband passed away in 2016. I never knew. Such a beautiful soul will be missed but never forgotten.

I didn’t know Tammy personally but know many in the family. It sounds like she was a very driven special lady. I offer prayers to you all. It’s difficult losing a loved one but more so when they are still young and when it’s unexpected. May we all honor her by loving each of our loved ones more deeply and remembering to tell those others that we do. Carrry on her love of public service and above all, remember.... we are all brothers and sisters. God Bless

I can't believe I'm writing on your obituary.. it still doesn't seem real that you're gone.
You were the most kindest, generous person I could have ever met. Growing up you were like an aunt to me!
Thank you for allowing Pam and I to make so many memories to look back on. Watch over them.. especially Pam. Hug Logan extra tight and reassure Pam that all is well until you all are reunited again.
Your dedication and sacrifices will never be forgotten by those who had the privilege of knowing you.
Sleep peacefully, Tammy and may you rest in so much peace.

Tammy was, no IS, my aunt. The memories I hve with her are innumerate. She taught me more about life than any book ever could. She sparked my interest in medicine. I watched her love and joy for the fire department grow over the years. She admired her older brother, and wanted none more than to please him. She was a kind, compassionate, loving person with a heart of gold; would do anything for anyone who asked her. She was always open to share her knowledge, and gave so much of herself to help raise her niece, who didn’t always appreciate and acknowledge what she was doing for her. She was such a valuable asset to her community, was so well known and cherished.

Tammy was the most kind hearted person you could meet. Took a lot to get under her skin. Trust me I use to try to irritate her when I was a member with Sodus Fire. Spent one carnival working the Pop stand with Tammy. I spent the whole 4 days singing "Hey there Dahlia" loud as possible. By the second day I thought Tammy was annoyed but nope she started singing it with me. Had many great times. Much I learned in the Fire Service was cause of Tammy and her brother Dave.
