Howie and Carl,
We were shocked and saddened to hear about Mitzie's passing. Deb and I send our condolences to the whole family. We have such fond memories of Mitzie and the rest of the family when we spent summers next door to the Van Epps cottage. I have a picture of Mitzie holding Bo as an infant and Deb and I, at about the age of 5 and 6, sitting on the breakwall in front of Ted and Pop's cottage. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
