Virginia “Ginny” passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Strong Memorial Hospital at the age of 60. Ginny was predeceased by her parents Ralph Sperry and Viola Green Sperry, two brothers; Howard Sperry and James “Jim” Sperry, sister Claudia Sperry and nephew Michael Sperry.
Ginny is survived by brother Fred Sperry of South Butler, sister Ruth Ann Sperry of Wolcott, sisters-in-law Gloria Sperry of Lyons and Patricia Wigfield of North Carolina, several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Friends and family may call on Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 12 noon until 2 pm at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford St., Wolcott, NY. The funeral service will be at 2 pm. Interment will follow the funeral at the Butler Savannah Cemetery. Contributions may be made to one’s choice in memory of Ginny. Online condolences may be expressed at hsnorton.com.
