Shirley, Jason, Jessica and family, I am so very sorry to hear about Michael's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you during this most difficult time. I am very proud to have had the privilege of knowing Michael and honored to have been able to enjoy his art work over the memorable stock car years. I will always remember Michael's great scents of humor and cheerful joke's that he would pass along to brighten everyone's day with. To me Michael was a person I envied his outlook on life, he seemed to have mastered the balance in life of work, play, family and friends and was never afraid to stop and smell the roses in life(even if it would make him late for an appointment). He was the type of person that after just a few moments with him he made you want to be more like him. I will always value the time I spent with Michael and appreciate the kind of life I seen him live.

We couldn't have asked for a better neighbor. Mike would give you the shirt off his back because he was such a giving person. Matt especially will miss him terribly. He would help Mike letter stock cars or stack and haul wood. He was like a second father to him after his own Dad passed away. You're now in heaven with your buddy George and your Mom and Dad. Rest In Peace Mike.

To Boone Family: I read of your loss, and would like to offer my condolences. Recently, I lost a member of my family, unexpectedly, and I understand the grief and sorrow that you and your family are feeling at this time. A loved one lost can grieve the heart, and make us yearn for tomorrow, when our CREATOR will keep the promise he made of no pain, no death, no sorrow. May you be strengthened by friends and family through this VERY DIFFICULT time.

Dear Shirley, Jason("Frank"), "Bessie", and Steven and Glynece:
We are so very sorry about the loss of Michael. He has been my most favorite cousin over all these years. I will ALWAYS remember all of us cousins playing in the living room with Uncle Morris in his sick bed, watching Michael and his brothers torment poor Aunt Nealnor's cat by wrapping wax paper around its paws with rubber bands, and so many other wonderful memories.
Dick and I just arrived in Florida on the first for the month...I retired officially on Jan. 25th. A new venture for us. I am so sad that we cannot be at Michael's memorial service. You absolutely know that our hearts are there with all of you. He was a much-loved man and will be missed by so many. Please accept our most sincere sympathies from the heart.
Much Love,
Cathy and Dick

Shirley, our condolences to you and your family. We knew Mike from Letterville.com and attending a meet there.
He was so giving and would lend a hand when needed and also when not even asked. He loved his work (although it was more like play). His fried turkey was the first one I had. Sooooo! good. I bought garlic from him a couple of years ago... I saved some of it for replanting each year.

Dear Shirley, Steve, and Families,
I first Mike, Tim and Steve when we all just little boys at our neighboring Grandparents cottages on Sodus Bay. I remember so well how Mike was so much fun and so Full of mischief. Many times us youngster boys were the victims of his pranks, yet it was all in great fun. Many time the two of us would mention those early fun days when we ran into each other. Mike carried this sense of humor all through his life and you knew everytime you saw him that he would have that twinkle in his eye and something to say! Those that knew him have lost a great friend and he will be in our thoughts for a very long time.

Shirley, Jason, Jess, and family,
Mike was so proud of his family. Shirley, I don't know how you put up with him sometimes. Jason and Jess, he always talked about you and the grandchildren and about all of your accomplishments.
I'll never forget his sense of humor. It was irreverent, outrageous, and funny. I never knew what to expect when I ran into him in town.
We had the best class reunions at your house. Mike seemed to love to cook for a crowd and to be surrounded by friends and family.
Mike did so much for the community. His passing will be felt by so many.
We often talked about how "old friends are the best friends." He wasn't embarrassed to say "love ya" to a close friend. So Mike, old friend, "love ya" and rest in peace. I will miss you.

Mike was a great man! He was one of a kind. He was full of mischief but on the other hand a very loving and caring person.. I knew Michael back in the day when we were all still so young and really didn't know what life was all about..
He was the best man in Jerry's and my wedding and our son (Michael) was named after him..
I had several Facebook chats with him found him to be very concerned about everyone.
When I think of Mike I have to smile and say.. He lived life to the fullest. so sad that it wasn't longer.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Shirley and family.
