Wolcott: Age 68, of Woodruff Road, passed away after a short illness on Saturday January 19, 2013. Bill was born in Spokane, Washington, son of the late Billie M. Milliron and James V. Harter Sr. He retired from Xerox Corp. following 28 years of service.
Bill is survived by two daughters; two sisters; and four brothers. He was predeceased by his parents and sister. At his request no services will be held. Arr: Norton Funeral Home of Wolcott.
