Wolcott: Mildred I. Woodruff, age 93, passed away at her home on September 28, 2012 after a long illness. Mildred was retired from the Wayne County Department of Social Services, where she worked as a case examiner. She was predeceased by her husband Charles L,
She is survived by her children: Kevin (Gayle) of Henrietta, Cheryl Darling (Ed Streeter) of Wolcott, Elaine Romano of Henrietta and Charles H. of Wolcott; and several grandchildren.
