Alton/Lyons: Passed away on Saturday January 7th at the Newark Wayne Community Hospital. Edna is survived by her husband Randy Reuter; her daughter Kerry (Lance) Cornwell; her grandchildren Brieanna Reuter-Sampson and Byanca Cornwell; her siblings Robert (Joy) Reed, William Reed, Edward (Susan) Reed, Thomas (Carol) Reed, Alice (John) Frey and Cathy Wingate; aunts, nephews and nieces. Edna is also survived by special friends Linda Eckert and Wendy Keller. She is predeceased by her parents William and Edna Reed, and brothers Ronnie Reed and John “Jack” Reed.
Edna had worked as a Teacher’s Aid at the Roosevelt Children’s Center in Newark.
Visitation will be held on Saturday January 14th, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 45 West Main Street in Sodus. Edna’s funeral will be at 2 p.m. following visitation. Interment will be at the Sodus Rural Cemetery.
